Summer Basketball Skills Program

Defensive Skills Clinics

Six 90 min sessions geared toward the player who wants to separate him or herself from the rest of the pack. These sessions are for driven players who are committed to pursuing competitive excellence. Drills and Live play to be incorporated in sessions. Why only develop your offensive basketball skills? Be a complete player! These sessions will offer defensive basketball skill development focusing on ball and off the the ball defensive concepts and techniques.  Limit of 15 participants per session. There will be a High School (9th-12th) and Middle School (6-8) sessions open to both boys and girls. Sessions will be conducted on Sunday mornings.

Open to both boys and girls of the Erie School District Elementary Schools ( McKinley, Harding, Pfeiffer-Burleigh, Edison, Perry, Lincoln, Connell, Grover Cleveland, Jefferson, Diehl). 12 spots are reserved for each school. 90 min sessions focusing on the fundamentals of Basketball: Passing, dribbling, and shooting. Each school’s Skills session time is TBD.

Middle School Hoopers

Eight 90 min sessions. Focusing on Ball Handling, shooting, defense, passing, finishing around the rim, as well as game concepts and offensive execution principles. Limit of 12 participants per session.
